This is the most painful violation imaginable for our Once beautiful development called Autumn Lakes. Tall Pin Oaks lining all the streets, beautiful green grassy areas, once Bridgeton Trails, Golf Course, with beautiful Fountain headed lakes full of fish, wildlife and abundant Natural Vegetation for all Residents and their guests to enjoy. Stroll around the lakes. Wonderful!

Many of the 40- to 50-year-old Pin Oaks are gone, thanks to select Board Members not wanting trees or leaves, and finding a way to have many removed by stating they were diseased when in fact through a REAL ARBOREST, provided by Christine Melton, they were not diseased but healthy, saved some of the trees. With Efforts of Laura Fisher, the association can acquire free trees to replace and replant those erroneously lost so future generations can have the enjoyment of beauty, shade and the transformation of CO2 to O2 for everyone's lively hood and health.

Recommendation is made to have an Autumn Lakes Beautification Day to replant and replace the tree population.

Next terrible infraction, violation and infringement in Autumn Lakes. THANKS TO RICHARD ORNBERG, LAURA FARKAS, AND CHARLOTTE, (SHAH) SMITH, our lakes have been destroyed and turned into Cesspools.

According to Laura Farkas on July 26, 2023, a snapping turtle bit the electrical line and killed the fountains. If that being the case, Pull the line splice it and place it in conduit and TURN THE FOUNTAIN ON! Not believing this scenario, believe it to be the CHEAP Fountain that Ornberg ordered from his Friend, instead of using the good ones AMC ordered on our behalf who was then was stuck with a $7000 fountain after forceful removal from the lake by the employees of AMC by Ornberg.

Next, what happened to the Lily pads, frogs and fish? Of course, without aeration, the dredged 12-15 ft lakes cannot support aquatic life. No Bubbles no life. It has been stated by the now employees and contractors of SMG and Solitude as well as Walden Ponds, that Round-up, a carcinogenic was sprayed around the edges causing all the grass to die. Round-up by Monsanto and now Bayer, down on Lindbergh, causes the plants to die by shutting out their photosynthesis, blocking their leaves from light. This travels down the stem and into the roots underground. Technically contaminating the soil for about 6-12 months depending on concentration. Further percolating the poison into the surrounding area or lake waters. Both Dirt, soil and water are now or can be exposed.

In the Lake itself, It was forbidden by THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS to disclose the chemicals put into the lakes to destroy all plant life, frogs and fish life. When asked Johnny, employee of Solitude, whatever the Board told us to do we did. What was it called their office, we'll get back to you. Call back said, the lady on the phone, The Board of Directors has forbidden us to say or tell you anything!

WOW homeowners wanting to know what and who poisoned our lakes! Abuse of Power again. Right to know, yes as provided in the By-Laws and Trustee Board members who are trusted to maintain the health, welfare, safety, maintenance, and wellbeing of Autumn Lakes. Violation throughout the By-Laws. Stated throughout the By-Laws, Indentures, Rules, Regs. and Covenants.

Suspicions are that Grazon or another type of very toxic carcinogenic has been dumped into the water. WHOA into the WATER!! Packets dumped and witnessed by homeowners. So, what does that mean. Grazon is the spray wheat farmers spray on their Wheat fields to get them to turn Brown all at once so they can harvest to sell or to store their wheat with a certain moisture content. Green growing grass waving in the wind today and brown, dried up standing still sticks tomorrow.

So here is the scene, DEAD Cesspool Lakes, with an overflow of water running through the dam, spillway, under the road, under the condos, under I-270, all through conduits, and ending up in the, WHERE, River Road Treatment Plant, where what comes from? OUR DRINKING WATER FOR AUTUMN LAKES.

Now what if DEP, OR EPA, OR DEPARTMENT OF NATURAL RESOURCES or MISSOURI DEPARTMENT OF CONSERVATION starts doing some checking and traces the contamination back to AUTUMN LAKES, then what?

Full disclosure, this writer is NOT a Scientist, Environment Engineer, or Chemist. Through education and experience in The Professional world, has seen and witnessed these Environmental Studies.

Here's what could happen. An environmental study would be done Class 6 In Real Estate language.

They would start with core boring drillings to see how deep the contaminant has gone maybe 15 to 17 ft. Maybe more. Next take water samples in several locations, Next, they could test scrapings from the conduits underground. All in different possible order, depending on first findings or reportings.

So if the water is contaminated, all water would have to be pumped out and drained and taken to some place like Clean Waters, East. ST. Louis, remember the train spill in Ohio a couple of months ago. If the soil is ok below then new, clean water could be filled back in the lakes. But if not, the soil would have to be removed and sent off to a contaminated soil holding yard. Digging down as deep as necessary to remove contaminants. Then the conduits would be scraped and determined if those need replaced or cleaned. ALL OF THIS WOULD BE VERY COSTLY TO AUTUMN LAKES.

Maybe a sophisticated filtration system could be put in the lake at the spill way. DO NOT KNOW AT THIS POINT. Either way VERY COSTLY TO AUTUMN LAKES.

In order to get the lakes back, something has to be tested. Lily pad roots grow 2 feet below the bottom of the lake, Thats approximately 17 ft for support in the water. The frogs are gone, and the fish has probably been sterilized from the Chemicals. Who knows at this point. WE do know they are dead and stinks of Sewer. Lifeless death! IN AUTUMN LAKES.

FACT: These 3 persons as Trustees and Board of Directors deliberately and voluntarily killed these beautiful lakes.

By-laws Book 7267, page 996, Book 7677, page 998, Article 10 Sections F. NO ONE is to dump any Hazardous wastes, Chemicals or anything else into our drains, lakes or Common Grounds. NO ONE.

Also These Persons have violated EVERYONES MORTGAGE DOCUMENTS signed at closing. You promised and swore to a Notary Public that you would NEVER EVER DUMP ANYTHING IN OR AROUND YOUR PROPERTY that would destroy the value or the land around it. VIOLATION AFTER VIOLATION BY 3 PERSON REPRESENTING EVERYONE AS TRUSTEES AND GUARDIANS OF THE LAND.

ARTICLE 12 BOOK 7267 PAGE 998 Autumn Lakes its indentures shall be subject to the provisions of ST .LOUIS County Ordinance Number 9265, 1979 providing planned environment unit procedure, the entire tract of Autumn Lakes and the provision of said ordinance supersede the provisions of this Indenture.

HOW do we fine for Violations and Infractions of destroying our Natural Beauty of Autumn Lakes, these 3 Trustees, Board of Directors, Guardians of the Land we hold dear?

Unfathomable to think, they think so little Autumn Lakes or have NO RESPECT FOR OUR NATUARL ENVIRONMENT, THE ASSOCIATION HOMEOWNERS HOLD DEAR.

HOW DOES AUTUMN LAKES RECOVER FROM THIS ONE? Omission and Errors Insurance does not cover the Board for this deliberate and intentional ending of the Natural life of the LAKES.

There is no Statute of Limitations on this one!
