Our state government has punted the ball. The MO Attorney General does not have jurisdiction over service providers such as HOAs and SMG--only sellers of merchandise. Therefore, to rid ourselves of this Board will require voting them out, civil court cases against one or all of them, and/or criminal charges getting filed. I hope this makes you want to become a candidate to potentially join the Board in May.  Vote out our President and VP/Treasurer in May. See MO AG response below.
