Just to let you know only 1/2 of the development got the letters yesterday. Someone was nice enough to scan it and send it to me.

In reference to getting work done.

FACT 1. Since we are a 503C organization. NON-Profit, social organization, like a Church, according to the IRS tax codes, we can do several things.

1. We can go after and receive Grant money for items we need fixed or repaired.

2. We can go to Technical schools and ask for persons in training to give of their time and skills that

they are learning, to get their time in for items we need done. Many need 200 hours to qualify before they can go out on their own. That is free time and they love to do it for non-profits.

3. We can go to all the high schools in the area and ask for help from the students. Most schools require 20 to 50 hours for them to Graduate. Never found anyone who did not enjoy helping.

4. We can go to any union and as the union trains their people, they too have to work for around 200 hours before they can receive legal pay. Many of us have participated in this over the years.

All of this is Factual. These have been utilized in both my professional life, personal life, and the running of a 503c organization.

The greatest feelings and respect comes from giving. You Get By giving.

Under the new leadership team, the plan was to have an Autumn Lakes Beautification DAY.

Laura Fisher has someone to donate FREE TREES to replace the ones that were removed and replant them for future generations in Autumn Lakes to enjoy like George Musterman did for us and now has been taken away.

What was accomplish in other 503C organizations was wonderful and worked out well for all.

A picnic was held at the end of all the projects thanking the participants, signing their certificates of completion and helping those to further their paths in their selected fields.

Next FACT. Because about 51% Majority, that was stated in the By-laws on another item, is over the age of 60, we can also apply to different aging organizations and Handicapped organizations to say build a ramp at the entrance of the club house. or other accessible things needed in Autumn Lakes.

All money saving items, which no one has explored because the remaining 2 Board of Directors, prior to you and Pam, can't think outside of their little box. This benefits ALL of Autumn Lakes. Under new leadership, many health and welfare items will be straighten-out for the community for the Future, not just today but for the Future of Autumn Lakes.

So, by mocking someone, who knows a bit more about accomplishments, just shows the ignorance of the current directors. Madonna and Pam, you are too new to know and applaud is given to try to see the light and help work for new and better situations. Learning from past experience from others makes our community a better place to live, grow, and increase in value.

Next up: Madonna, whether you know it or not, YOU are the most important person on the Board of Directors. Again, applaud is given to try to make wrongs right.

AS Secretary, YOU and YOU alone are the keeper of information and procurer. You and You alone are to have in your possession the Binder with all the names and contact information of all of the residents per our By-Laws, Rules, Regulations, Covenants and Restrictions. YOU are the communicator. That is why you must go and pick up the binder with all of our contact information. If something needs to be sent to or communicated to the residents, it comes from you.

You and YOU alone are also to keep the binder of work orders, follow through with them on completions and let everyone know when, who, what, and how and the cost. Originally you were supposed to be the Treasurer also as set up in our Rules, Regs, Covenants, and By-laws. Because you were the keeper of all records. It is also designated that another person can be Treasurer alone, but it does not state the Vice President is supposed to be.

Remember there has to be a bond on the Treasurer, per the By-Laws, Covenants, Regs and Restrictions.to protect Autumn Lakes Monies.

Please let everyone know when you are in possession of both binders. You and you alone are the chosen one. Retta would have been the one but now your position is of greatest importance. Remember all communications from all meetings goes out to the membership.

Again, this is see it, say it, from page 4 of the Rules and Regulations.

Fact: Money saving tip! Since you have the binder, all correspondence should be done by email or text. It looks like maybe 20-30 persons would not have that in their homes. Only those persons should be mailed the information which would save .75 cents per envelope, .68cent stamps, 1.50 per page of copying about $990 -$1000. for the association. OR more!

For a reference, Emails and Text are time Stamped, with mail addresses and are legal in all circumstances.

Again, looking out for Autumn Lakes as a Resident/Owner since 2004.
