- · Served personal interests of realtor/President and realty clients to the detriment of HOA membership

- · Favoritism and bias in rules and violations enforcement, ethnic discrimination and bullying/harassment of members, calling police to monitor and restrict certain members from rightfully attending meetings who have differing viewpoints from Board
· Restricting access of certain members from attending Zoom meetings, not publishing Zoom meeting recordings, disallowing members to present at meetings, disallowing members from adding agenda topics to HOA meetings
· Not allowing new committees to be formed, forming of Secret Committees, disallowing volunteering homeowners from joining committees
· No sharing of HOA member contact information or email distribution lists with membership
· Censorship and misstating of facts in Gazette Newsletter and social media postings
· Removal of large/old healthy HOA common area trees
· Would not receive nor consider petitions having 51% homeowner signatures
