ALL Persons participating in any organization dealing with homes, condos, common areas, HOAs, Recreational facilities.
FALL under HUD or Housing and Urban Development and the Federal Government.
ANYONE failing to follow the Law is DISCRIMINATING UNDER THE LAW AND IS PUNISHABLE UNDER THE LAW! NO EXCEPTIONS.
Also, under the MISSOURI CONDOMINIUM ACT AND MISSOURI HOA LAWS ON CORPORATE GOVERNESSES covers FAIR HOUSING.
DISCRIMINATION INVOLVES THE FOLLOWING:
Work orders shifting around to suit the Board and their financial gain.
Not maintaining Autumn Lakes as per sighted in the By-Laws and Indentures. Several locations as recorded 1980 and 1981.
Maintaining the Health, Safety, and Well-being of Autumn Lakes. Sighted in several locations in By-Laws and Indentures as recorded 1980 and 1981.
Putting the needs of Selected few in front of others. Favoritism, Steering, Leveraging.
Selecting parties from same condo building to represent Association, no one from the same building to serve as Trustee or Board Member at the same time. Per By-Laws.
Abuse of power held over Owners/Members of Autumn Lakes Associations.
Keeping Limelight on Specific Board Members which is Gas Lighting.
Harassment of Specific Members/Owners who are of Different Ethnic Groups both owners of Condos and Single-Family Homes.
Refusal to Allow Minorities to utilize Recreational Facilities or told to leave Because the Board President was on her way. July 25the and 26th 2023 by Hired Pool Monitor acting on Board President's behalf.
FURTHER Harassment
Decks/Exteriors/Replacement of Minority Owned Homes to make them look better on Behalf of the Board's wants and desires.
Violating By-Laws of the Pool Monitor as a guest of Board President, in charge of key card entrance, being paid and stating, "We don't have persons like you living here" Monitor is a non-paid position per By-Laws and all guests are to be accompanied by the HOMEOWNER per By-Laws. Discrimination is unending. Take a look at the current News!
Key cards of minorities did work prior to and after such incidents.
By-Law recorded Amendments are not on file at the St. Louis County Courthouse as of this date, for a non-resident, paid $3300., pool monitor.

Fair Housing under the LAW:
Board President Carrying around the Private and Personal Information of all HOMEOWNERS. ONLY the Secretary of the Board is allowed by the By-Laws to have such information as the Communicator.
Violation in accordance with the By-Laws. By possessing this information, Board President has used this for Financial Gain, contacting emergency family members of Residents to enlist their condos after the Owner/Member have moved on to either a home or upwards to the Heavens.
AND In others as recorded in the Live Stream on JULY 26th, Promises were made to buyers of such listings/sales, that my wife serves on the Board, and she will get everything done for you or you promised me too and NOTHING has been done. YOU LIED! Recorded by 2 Minority Buyers, NOW Condo owners and Member. Is this Bait and Switch? OR DISCRIMINATION TO ALL.
CONTINUALLY advances their position by non-removal of vendor signs on their cars and deliberately parking in the streets for all to see instead of in a garage or removal of said signs upon completion of day's work.
Violates Several sections of the By-Laws and Rules of what can and cannot be done. NO SIGNS of ANY KIND except, For Sale signs and Maryland Heights Beautification Signs. NO EXCEPTIONS. Fines are $75 the first day and $50 thereafter until Violation is removed. DISCRIMINATION BY THE BOARD PRESIDENT TO ALL OTHERS IN AUTUMN LAKES ASSOCIATIONS.
Swiftly getting Maryland Heights Occupancy Permits through because "I(She) know all the inspectors very well." DISCRIMINATION.
AS Board Officers Both President and Vice President and Attached to the HOA, you are bound by THE NATIONAL REALTORS ASSOCIATION CODE OF ETHICS STANDARDS OF PRACTICE.
Having a License to practice REAL ESTATE or NOT, you are still bound Under the Preamble 3rd paragraph to assisting appropriate regulatory bodies, to eliminate practices which may damage the public or which might discredit or bring dishonor to the REAL ESTATE profession.
And under ARTICLE 1 To Treat all parties EQUALLY and HONESTLY. NO DISCRIMINATION. No matter what Creed, Race, Color, Ethnic affiliation, disability, or familiar status.
To include the Boards Selection of SMG. Making sure all information is current and accurate both presented and displayed, Standards of Practice 12-8 and 12-9 and Article 12 a true picture in marketing and representations. Also WHERE IS THE LICENSE AND BROKER'S LICENSE NUMBERS DISPLAYED FOR SMG SINCE THEY ARE RENTING AN APARTMENT IN AUTUMN LAKES? MUST be licensed to list, sell, rent any home, condo, or apartment unless you are the personal owner of such place.
DISCRIMINATION OVER OTHERS IN AUTUMN LAKES by holding oneself out as on the Board by name, to promote financial gain through advertising on listings, as the only expert. Instead, should have been stated contact the Board for further information. and given an email address or phone number. One could be accused of favoritism over other listings in the development by other Agents from other firms. Discrimination to others through self-promotion, holding one out as the only expert.
FAIR HOUSING AND DISCRIMINATION FALL UNDER HUD, RESPA, RELRA, COMSUMER PROTECTION BUREAU AND COULD HAVE AN IMPACT ON AUTUMN LAKES FINANCING.
Since all financing is governed under HUD, ie: conventional financing is backed by FREDDIE MAC AND FANNIE MAE, VA is backed by the Veterans Administration and FHA is backed by the Federal Housing Authority, a HUD INVESTIGATION COULD restrict financing in AUTUMN LAKES until the Investigation was finalized, BY THE WAY, Autumn Lakes does not qualify for USDA, which is United States Department of Agriculture, That is for Farmers and outside of town locations. as stated on certain listings, misrepresentation of possible financing. To be truthful and present a true picture. Everyone upon closing upon their purchase or rental of any home, condo, apartment falls under and signs their documents stating they know and understand they must follow the LAW of the LAND.
Other Potential Government Agencies that could become involved in this is ACLU, American Civil Liberties Union, Missouri Real Estate Commission, St. Louis Area Real Estate Board, National Association of REALTORS. What a MESS this present Board of Directors has put the Autumn Lakes Association and Autumn Lakes Condo Association into.
Uncaring, unethical, non-bylaw abiding Board through Abuse of Power and total Discrimination to All Members/Owners.
